What Does TripperBus Offer?
Each Tripper coach bus offers complimentary wi-fi and electrical outlets that allow you to entertain yourself during the trip. For extra convenience, you can book a Tripper Elite bus ticket. The elite service offers several additional amenities, including leather seating, more legroom, cup holders, and bottled water. Tripper Elite also provides movies and TV shows that you can watch on your personal device.
Unlike other bus services—such as Stagecoach Bus—TripperBus doesn’t have a phone app, and you have to use a web browser to book a bus transfer.

How To Book a Tripper Bus Ticket
The TripperBus home page leads you straight to the booking form that requires a few information:
- Departure point
- Arrival location
- Date/dates if you want to reserve a round trip
This is what you’ll see:
After you enter the necessary details, click on Get My Tickets to see all the bus options available for the listed date. The next step will provide you with all the information you need—pick-up and drop-off locations, trip duration, bus amenities, and price (see the picture below). After finding a suitable bus departure, tap Select and then the blue Get My Tickets button.
The final step gives you a short booking summary—check all the details and make sure the dates are correct. After you do that, fill out a couple of forms below with your personal and credit card information to complete the booking process. As you can see, Tripper charges an additional $1 reservation fee.
After you take all the steps, TripperBus will send you a confirmation email with a reservation number. Print it out right away, or have it ready on your mobile device before boarding the bus. Don’t forget to bring a valid photo ID, too.
How To Change or Cancel a TripperBus Reservation
Have your travel plans changed, and you wish to modify the date or time of your reservation? You have a couple of ways to do it:
- Online—look for an Edit My Trip option or send an email at [email protected]
- By phone—call TripperBus at 877–826‑3874
If you want to change it until midnight before your trip, use the first option. To modify the reservation within 12 hours of your departure time, call their office no later than three hours before the trip.
You can cancel your reservation until midnight before your trip, but note that tickets are non-refundable. TripperBus doesn’t offer cash refunds, but you will get credit in your Tripper Bus account that you can use for future trips.
