Locating your driver at the airport is simple if you follow the TNC/Rideshare signs and listed directions. All Lyft drivers pick up passengers on the third floor of the on-site parking garage—look for the orange and purple row sections. To get to the garage, take the following steps:
- Go one level above Baggage Claim (the one below Ticketing)
- Head across the sky bridge
- Go down one level to the third floor of garage parking
- Use a crosswalk to get to the designated row
- Rows G through J are near the center of the garage
Before entering the vehicle, confirm the license plate number and vehicle model in your app. Note that the drivers cannot wait for longer than 15 minutes, so don’t be late!

Ride-sharing drivers drop off passengers on the airport drives at the terminal. During peak times, your driver may take you to the Arrivals or Departure drives to avoid heavy traffic. In case they drop you off on the Arrivals level, take the escalator or elevator to reach the Ticketing level. Note that peak times are from 6 AM to 8 AM and between 8 PM and midnight.
