Crossing the Boarder to Mexico via CBX – Tijuana

If you have a flight to or from Tijuana and need to cross the boarder, we recommend the CBX or Cross Border Express.  This is an enclosed bridge that allows people to get to and from TIJ – Tijuana International Airport.  All standard international laws are the same, so be sure to care your passport or green cards accordingly.

Why would someone visit San Diego Airport?

Most travelers will enter and exit beautiful San Diego or its surrounding area by plane via San Diego International Airport.  Only miles from downtown and literally right next to Little Italia, where planes land what seems inches from some of the buildings there, this airport and its expansion of Terminal 2 make such a great place to fly to or from.  You can visit award-winning places like Stone Brewing Co, see amazing artwork or enjoy it’s convenience amenities like it’s Rental car facility that offers simple access and 24 hour a day service.

How to get to Downtown San Diego from the Airport?

Many people who are from the area rely on Super Shuttle to get them home or downtown. There’s one simple reason…cost? By far the cheapest most convenient way to get from the airport is Super Shuttle San Diego. You can try taking an Uber or Lyft but good luck waiting for a driver and paying Surge fees. Taxi service is good, but about double the cost of a shuttle. Check out some rates before you decide.
